Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of RondaLog, an internal recruiting and scheduling tool operated by Scale AI for its teams, including Outlier, and by the candidates and guests those teams invite. By using RondaLog, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

RondaLog lets authorized teams contact candidates, collect applications, schedule interviews and keep track of each recruiting process. Meetings are created in Google Calendar with a Google Meet link.

2. Access

• Team access is limited to people granted access by an administrator who sign in with an authorized company Google account. Access may be changed or removed at any time.
• Candidates and guests may use RondaLog only through the personal links they receive, which are intended for them alone and should not be shared.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• use RondaLog only for legitimate recruiting and business scheduling purposes;
• provide accurate information, and apply or book only on your own behalf;
• keep confidential any non-public information you access through RondaLog;
• not send spam or unsolicited messages, attempt to access accounts or information you are not authorized to use, or interfere with the operation or security of the service.

4. Candidates and guests

Submitting an application or booking a meeting does not create an employment, contracting or other relationship, and does not guarantee any particular outcome. Information you submit is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Team members

Team members are responsible for the content of the messages they send through RondaLog and for using candidate information only for the recruiting process it was collected for, in line with company policies.

6. Google services

Team members who connect a Google account authorize RondaLog to use it as described in the Privacy Policy. This connection can be removed at any time. Use of Google services is also subject to Google's own terms.

7. Availability and changes

RondaLog is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. Google Calendar remains the source of truth for the details of each meeting.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or end access to RondaLog for anyone who does not comply with these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of RondaLog after an update means you accept the revised terms.
